Formative Training Programme on Socio-Emotional Learning A 10-day Formative Training Programme on Socio-Emotional Learning was organized by Niraivagam under the guidance of our Director, Rev. Fr. Ravi SDB, and Assistant Director, Rev. Fr. Yacob SDB. The programme focused on enhancing teachers’ understanding of students’ emotional well-being, classroom relationships, and value-based education. The sessions were interactive and insightful, equipping educators with practical strategies to support students’ social and emotional development. Our Don Bosco teachers, Ms. Nicola and Ms. Miriyam, actively participated in the training and benefited greatly from the enriching experience. The programme was meaningful and inspiring, strengthening the commitment of teachers towards holistic education.
