School Rules

  1. SCHOOL TIMINGS

Students are not allowed to go out of the school campus. Students must be present at the school premises by 8.30 a.m.

  1. SCHOOL HAND BOOK

This Hand Book is a record concerning the student. Therefore every student must bring this hand book to school daily. If anyone loses the hand book, he / she should get a written authorization from the Principal to buy a duplicate hand book.

  1. MEDIUM

Speaking English is compulsory within the School Campus. Defaulters would be penalized.

  1. PHOTOS

At the reopening of the school every student should bring three glossy passport-size photos: two to be given to the office with the Identity Certificates and one to be affixed to the cover of the school hand book.

  1. ADMISSIONS

(a) Admissions are done by the Principal with the House Council in accordance with the Admission Policy of the Institution.

(b) An Entrance Test may be conducted at the discretion of the school authorities to ensure the academic standard of the pupil seeking admission.

(c) If the candidate seeking admission has previously attended any school, a conduct certificate and Transfer Certificate from the previous school must be produced.

(d) Admission may be refused to a candidate who is too old or under aged fro the class into which admission is sought.

  1. CLASS LEADERS/MONITORS

Monitors need to be exemplary in conduct and industrious in their studies.

  1. AWARDS AND CERTIFICATES

Special certificates will be awarded annually to those who distinguish themselves in Games, Sports, Co-curricular activities, Leadership, Social Service, Elocution and Singing, Scholarships medals and special prizes are awarded annually to deserving students under certain conditions.

  1. STUDENTS GUIDANCE AND COUNSELLING CELL

Helping students to grow is both a blessing and adventure. As teachers and guide, we love our students and want to do the best for them. In pertinent to this, a counselor is made available and discipline committee is formed by the staff as well to fulfill the psychological needs of the students.

  1. SCHOOL FEES

(a) Fees can be paid annually or in three installments.

(b) The first installments of fees must be paid on the notified dates before the reopening of the school, failing which student will not be allowed inside the school.

(c) The 1st, 2nd, 3rd installments of fees shall be paid before 10th September, 10th December and 10th March.

(d) A fine of Rs. 5/- will be charged after the 10th of the respective month till the 15th. After the 15th of a fine of Rs. 10/- should be paid. The pupil will be sent out of the class if the fees are not paid by the 20th of the respective months. If re-admitted he will have to pay a fresh re-admission fee of Rs. 100/-

(e) Students joining or leaving the school during the academic year has to pay fees for the whole year.

(f) Fees once paid are not refundable.
